Common questions about using TowNow.
How does TowNow work?
Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, choose a pickup speed (Priority, Standard, or Economy), and confirm your request. A verified tow operator will be dispatched to your location.
How is pricing calculated?
Prices are based on the distance between pickup and drop-off, the time of day (day vs. after-hours rates), and your selected pickup window. Priority is faster but costs more; Economy is the most affordable option.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse rates and request a tow as a guest. We just ask for your name, phone, and email so the tow operator can reach you. Creating an account lets you track history and save preferences.
What are the pickup windows?
Priority: 20-45 minutes. Standard: 45 min to 1 hr 15 min. Economy: 1 hr 15 min to 2 hours. These are the windows in which a driver will arrive at your location.
Can I track my tow truck?
Yes. Once a driver accepts your request, you can track their location live on the map and see their estimated time of arrival.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel a tow request before a driver has been assigned at no charge. Once a driver is en route, please contact support.
