TowNow is an on-demand towing marketplace that connects customers who need towing services with independent tow operators. By using TowNow, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
TowNow provides a platform for requesting and managing towing services. We are a marketplace — tow operators are independent businesses, not employees of TowNow. We facilitate the connection, pricing, and payment between customers and operators.
3. Pricing
- Prices are calculated automatically based on distance and time of day
- Three pickup windows are available: Priority, Standard, and Economy
- The price shown at confirmation is the final price — no hidden fees
- A small service fee is included in the displayed price
- After-hours rates (8pm - 8am) may differ from daytime rates
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations and vehicle information
- Be available at the pickup location when the tow operator arrives
- Ensure the vehicle is legally eligible for towing
- Pay the confirmed price for completed tow services
5. Tow Operator Responsibilities
- Maintain valid business licenses and insurance
- Arrive within the selected pickup window
- Handle vehicles with care and professionalism
- Complete the tow to the specified drop-off location
6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel a tow request before a driver has been assigned at no charge. Once a driver accepts and is en route, cancellation policies may apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
TowNow is a marketplace platform. While we vet all operators on our platform, the towing service is performed by independent operators. TowNow is not liable for damages that occur during the towing process. Disputes should be reported to us at support@townowmi.com.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our service evolves. Continued use of TowNow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
